Gate control voltage for the amplifier, adjust to achieve 2, 4 Vgg1, Vgg2 Idd total = 240mA ± 10mA. See assembly diagram for required external components. IP H Drain Supply Voltage for the amplifier. See assembly 3, 5 Vdd1, Vdd2 diagram for required external components. S - C This pad is AC coupled 6 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. R IE Die Bottom GND Die bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground.
