applications, with non-isolated buck solution or offline flyback
solution.
The device integrates a 700V high-performance Power MOSFET.
Coordinating with a single-winding inductor, it uses fewer external

S The AP3917D can achieve excellent regulation and high power
efficiency. The peak current and switching frequency continuously
reduce as the load decreases, thus receiving excellent efficiency
performance at light load and improving the overall system efficiency. SO-7 The AP3917D has multiple protection features to enhance the
system safety and reliability. It has over-temperature protection,
under-voltage lock function, output short protection, overload
protection, and open-loop protection.
The AP3917D is available in the SO-7 package.
