IN directly to the ground plane similar to that shown. C5, C6 1000 pF Capacitor, 0603 Pkg. L A sufficient number of via holes should be used C7 2.2 μF Capacitor, Tantalum to connect the top and bottom ground planes. C8 33 pF Capacitor, 0402 Pkg. The evaluation board should be mounted to an C9 3.9 pF Capacitor, 0603 Pkg. - 1900 MHz appropriate heat sink.
