A E The HMC-ALH482 is a GaAs MMIC HEMT Low Noise Wideband Amplifi er die which operates between 2 IS and 22 GHz. The amplifi er provides 16 dB of gain, 1.7 O dB noise fi gure up to 12 GHz and +14 dBm of output N power at 1 dB gain compression while requiring only W 45 mA from a +4V supply voltage. The HMC-ALH482 amplifi er is ideal for integration into Multi-Chip- O L Modules (MCMs) due to its small size.
