Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T 1, 2, 4, These pins and package bottom must M GND 15, 17, 18 be connected to RF/DC ground. This pin AC coupled 3 RFIN E - S and matched to 50 Ohms IS 5 - 14, No connection necessary. These pins may be connected to O N/C 20, 22, 24 RF/DC ground. Performance will not be affected. This pin AC coupled 16 RFOUT W N and matched to 50 Ohms O S - L Power supply voltages for the amplifier. Bypass capacitors 19, 21, 23 Vdd1, Vdd2, Vdd3 R are required. See application circuit herein.
