The RH1965MK is a 0.9A low noise, low dropout linear n
500μA Quiescent Current
regulator with a PNP pass transistor, requiring only a n Adjustable Output from 1.2V to 19.5V single supply for operation. Operating quiescent current n No Protection Diodes Needed is 500μA, reducing to less than 1μA in shutdown. Output n < 1μA Quiescent Current in Shutdown voltage ranges from 1.2V to 19.5V. A small 10µF capacitor n Total Ionizing Dose (TID) Tolerance, per TM1019.8, on the output with an ESR of less than 1Ω is adequate to n MIL-STD-883 up to: ensure stability. Applications with large output load tran- n 200kRad (Si), per Condition A, at 50Rads(Si)/sec sients require a larger output capacitor value to minimize n 100kRad (Si), per Condition D, at 10mRads(Si)/sec output voltage change. Input circuitry ensures output safe n ELDRS Pass 100kRad(Si) operating area with current limiting and thermal shutdown n MIL-PRF-38535 Class V Compliant protection.
