— Each device provides ±1° accuracy (max) for external
diode temperatures and ±2°C accuracy (max) for the
internal diode temperature. The EMC1073 monitors
three temperature channels (two external and one
internal). The EMC1074 monitors four temperature
channels (three external and one internal). Internal Temperature Monitor 3.3V Supply Voltage
SMBus 2.0 Compliant — ±0.25°C typ accuracy (-5°C < TA < 100°C)
