Microchip的MCP6491运算放大器（运放）具有低输入偏置电流（150 pA，典型值在125°C时）以及轨至轨输入和输出操作。该系列的单位增益稳定，并且增益带宽积为7.5 MHz（典型值）。这些器件以低至2.4V的单电源电压工作，而每个静态放大器仅吸收530 µA（典型值）的电流。这些功能使该系列运算放大器非常适合光电二极管放大器，pH电极放大器，低泄漏放大器以及电池供电的信号调理应用等。MCP6491系列采用SOT23和SC70封装。所有器件均采用先进的CMOS工艺设计，并在-40°C至+ 125°C的扩展温度范围内得到完全指定。
