Functional Diagram General Description
A The HMC-ALH364 is a GaAs MMIC HEMT three E stage, self-biased Low Noise Amplifi er die which IS operates between 24 and 32 GHz. The amplifi er O provides 21 dB of gain, a 2 dB noise fi gure and +7 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression N while requiring only 68 mA from a single +5V supply. W The HMC-ALH364 amplifi er die is ideal for integration O into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs) due to its small size L (1.09)mm2.
