Functional Diagram General Description
E The HMC363G8 is a low noise Divide-by-8 Static Divider with InGaP GaAs HBT technology in an 8 & D lead glass/metal (hermetic) surface mount package. S This device operates from DC (with a square wave R input) to 12 GHz input frequency with a single +5V E DC supply. The low additive SSB phase noise of -153 ID dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset helps the user maintain good IV system noise performance. Y D NC E U Q E R F
