TLV431 是一款三端可调分流稳压器，具有出色的温度稳定性和高达 20mA 的输出电流处理能力。通过选择两个外部分压电阻，可将输出电压设置为 1.24V 至 18V 之间的任意电压。

在许多需要提高齐纳性能的应用中，TLV431 可用作齐纳二极管的替代品。

TLV431 有三个等级，A、B 和 T 级的初始公差分别为 1%、0.5% 和 0.2%。
